Danielle guides you to uncover this with a method called The NeuroSomatic Release (foundered by Jake Currie) to help calm down the nervous system around the specific stressful and isolating event.
This results in you healing from within. Meditation recordings and worksheets will be given to help you with cementing in these long term changes.
